Shipping policy

We are based in Melbourne, Australia but we ship worldwide to 200+ countries. Orders outside of Australia may be subject to custom duties and taxes applied at the destination country. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Australia: Standard shipping is $9.95 or FREE with orders over $100.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $14.

New Zealand: Standard shipping is $14 or FREE with orders over $100.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $20.*

Rest of World: Standard shipping is $20 or FREE with orders over $150.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $40*

From time to time, we may run promotions where we offer free or discounted shipping.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or public holidays. 

We use Australia Post for all our orders.

Australia: With Express Shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days of dispatch. Standard Shipping orders will be expected to arrive within 2-8 business days of dispatch. You may experience slightly longer delivery times due to peak periods, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Butter Butter's control. 

New Zealand: With Express Shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 6-12 business days of dispatch. Standard Shipping orders will be expected to arrive within 9-15 business days of dispatch. You may experience slightly longer delivery times due to peak periods, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Butter Butter's control. 

Rest of World: Orders are shipped via Standard Post and will be expected to arrive within 27 business days of dispatch. You may experience slightly longer delivery times due to peak periods, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Butter Butter's control. 

Butter Butter is not liable for any orders that are lost or damaged during transit, once they are dispatched. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
